BV99 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights and Player Obligations

To register and use BV99, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account is active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BV99 does not permit any player under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds or place bets. Age verification will be conducted before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, for your personal use, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by local law at the time you access BV99.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended BV99 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information at the time of registration and keep your account details current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

BV99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any funds held in such an account will be handled in accordance with the verification and appeals process set out in Section 10 of these Terms.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one BV99 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same device or the same IP address — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any bonus funds, winnings or balance accumulated across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BV99 login credentials. BV99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred because your credentials were shared, stolen or compromised through actions within your control. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact BV99 support immediately.

Account Information: Your registered mobile number, name and payment methods must reflect accurate personal information. BV99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and payment ownership at any time. Accounts where the registered information does not match verification documents will be suspended pending resolution.

Account Inactivity: An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve months. BV99 may apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts and reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for extended periods, subject to applicable notice requirements.

Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. BV99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Verification Requirement: All players must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before their first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals above threshold amounts may trigger additional verification requests. The verification process is described in full in Section 10 of these Terms.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal from BV99 is Rs 500.

Processing Time: Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within minutes of the request being submitted during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT may take up to 24 hours. BV99 is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving financial institution once the transfer has been dispatched from BV99's payment system.

Withdrawal Fees: BV99 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. For withdrawals that require additional manual processing — such as large-value transfers or those flagged for enhanced verification — BV99 reserves the right to notify the player of any applicable processing fee before the withdrawal is completed.

Real Money vs Bonus Funds: Only real money balance (cash derived from deposits, converted bonus winnings and winnings from real money play) is withdrawable. Active bonus balance that has not completed its wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any time. Bonus funds cannot be stacked or combined unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. Standard wagering on BV99 is 25x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus with 25x wagering requires Rs 125,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus converts.
• Game Contribution: Most slot games contribute 100% of each bet towards wagering requirements. Some game types contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game category is published in the specific promotion terms. Playing a game with a lower contribution rate while a bonus is active will result in slower wagering progression.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While an active bonus is in progress, the maximum qualifying bet is Rs 500 per spin or round unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed above this limit during an active bonus period may result in the bonus being voided.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, typically 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically without compensation.

The following rules apply specifically to sports betting activity on BV99's Betting Odds section:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. BV99 reserves the right to decline any bet before confirmation, including bets placed on markets where an error in the odds has been identified.
• Obvious Errors: If BV99's odds on any market are identified as manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human input error or data feed failure, BV99 reserves the right to void all bets placed on the affected market at those incorrect odds, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. BV99 does not accept responsibility for errors in third-party data feeds used to display live scores or real-time market data.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to a processing delay. If a conclusive event occurs during this delay, BV99 reserves the right to void the affected in-play bet.
• Maximum Payout: BV99 applies a maximum payout per bet and per event. Maximum payout limits are published on the Betting Odds section. Winnings in excess of published limits will be settled at the maximum payout amount.
• Ante-Post Bets: Bets placed on future events (ante-post markets) are non-refundable if the event takes place but the specific selection does not participate or is otherwise withdrawn, unless BV99's rules for the specific market state otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BV99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using another person's payment method or bank account to deposit or withdraw funds without their explicit authorisation and knowledge.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technological tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on BV99.
• Colluding with other players in any live dealer game, card game or betting market to manipulate outcomes or exploit the game mechanics.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, glitches or misconfigured games to accumulate winnings through illegitimate means.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses through coordinated play, circular betting, or deliberate low-risk wagering designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine game engagement.
• Providing false identity information, forged documents or inaccurate payment details during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using the BV99 platform for any money laundering activity or any transaction that facilitates proceeds of illegal activity.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour towards BV99 staff or other players in any communication channel.

BV99 employs active monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above will result in account suspension without prior notice, pending investigation. The outcome of such investigations is final and BV99 is under no obligation to disclose the specific evidence used in reaching its conclusion.

BV99 is required to verify the identity and payment ownership of all players before processing withdrawals. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Completing KYC is a condition of withdrawal, not a condition of playing — you can deposit and play before completing verification, but you cannot withdraw until KYC is approved.

Standard KYC Documents: BV99 will typically request the following during the verification process:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence.

BV99's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

BV99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• BV99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct associated with the account.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised against BV99 by the account holder or their payment provider.
• The account has been identified as a duplicate of another account held by the same individual.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, BV99 will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final determination is made. Where the suspension is confirmed, any real money balance derived from legitimate deposits will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of applicable costs. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting BV99 support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Real money balance at the time of closure may be withdrawn subject to completion of outstanding KYC verification.

BV99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered contact details on file and will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

It is each player's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the BV99 platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you must stop using the platform and contact BV99 support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any real money balance.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which BV99 operates. BV99 will endeavour to resolve all genuine disputes raised by players fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
